Cost Guide
How Much Does a Complete Home Interior Cost?
This is the question every homeowner asks first, and the honest answer is that it depends on more variables than most quotes make clear. Here's a framework for thinking about it.
Scope is the biggest variable
Full turnkey (design, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, woodwork, furniture) costs meaningfully more than design-only, simply because more work is being paid for under one roof.
Material and hardware grade
The gap between budget and premium material grades, applied consistently across a whole home, is usually the second-largest swing factor after scope.
Existing condition of the flat
A fresh builder handover with standard fittings generally costs less to work with than an older flat needing renovation-level civil and electrical rework.
Getting an accurate number
The only reliable way to get an accurate figure is a site visit and a clear scope discussion — anything quoted without seeing the flat is a rough estimate at best.
